This was really helpful. I needed a tool to help me design an ascii map for a single-screen micro-medtroidvania. After looking around a fair amount I found this and it worked perfectly for me. Can you give me an overview of how to do this? I want to create a text based game with a map similar to A Dark Room. I just don't know how to go about it.

Yes! How do we make it work? Do you perhaps know a tutorial or something that can help me with that?
...No? It's just a text file. Or a JSON with an array of strings. You can read it with two for loops. What tutorial?
